Elon Musk has reiterated his concerns about artificial intelligence, labeling it "potentially more dangerous than nukes." The tech mogul, who co-founded OpenAI in 2015, now criticizes the organization for becoming a "closed-source, maximum-profit company" under Microsoft's influence.

Microsoft's deepening ties with OpenAI—from a $1 billion investment in 2019 to a $10 billion commitment in 2023—have raised eyebrows. The partnership integrates OpenAI's technology into Microsoft's Bing and Edge, but Musk warns of concentrated power and lack of transparency. "OpenAI has effectively locked its secrets," he remarked, highlighting the irony in the name.

At the 2023 World Government Summit in Dubai, Musk called for robust AI safety protocols, framing AI as "one of the biggest risks to the future of civilization." His warnings come amid growing scrutiny over the ethical and economic implications of advanced AI systems.
